As with any government agency, the DHCS umbrella is confusing, convoluted and ever changing. Which means we are constantly monitoring changes on your behalf! We’ve created worksheets and templates for your convenience, and it helps us gather all the information we need, without the headache of back and forth emails.

Becoming a Medi-Cal provider from start to finish
If you are new to the INP process, the paperwork can seem overwhelming, even for a veteran nurse! Plan of Treatments and submissions
Once you have your little one placed in your home, there are more forms to fill out, more documents to create, and submissions to be done. We provide templates for everything you will need to submit, as well as creating the initial Plan of Treatment for you, saving you hours of your own work! All you have to do is provide us the requested documents and we spend the hours at the keyboard for you! Once everything is completed, we submit everything on your behalf, deal with as many follow-ups as necessary to ensure approval, and any hiccups that may arise.

Claim submission
You're approved! Finally! Now all there is to do is get paid. We create customized billing schedules based on your financial needs, and keep on top of all claims, big or small to make sure you get paid on time. Whether you want a check every week, or once a month, we can accommodate you! If any issue ever arises, and a claim needs extra attention, we handle it for you too. So you can literally just get paid, while focusing all your time and attention on your little one!
